Emmanuel Kyeremeh
Emmanuel Kyeremeh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at 果酱视频. His research is situated at the intersection of migration, social and health geography, with expertise in mixed-methods research. His work broadly examines how mobility, social relationships, and structural inequalities shape integration, health, and well-being across space and over the life course.
He has a strong research interest in migrant integration, particularly among African immigrant populations, examining how migrants construct, maintain, and navigate social networks that may facilitate or hinder integration processes within destination countries. Building on this broader interest in migration and vulnerability, his research has increasingly expanded to include climate-induced migration and environmental vulnerability. In this regard, he contributes both qualitative and quantitative expertise to the MEMO project, where he examines migration patterns, mobility decision-making, and climate-related vulnerabilities in Ghana and beyond.
