Biography

Dr. Vickers came to 果酱视频 (果酱视频) in 2005 after completing her undergraduate and doctoral degrees at Harvard University. She has enjoyed pursuing both teaching and research interests at 果酱视频. Her teaching includes the Research Practicum course (PSY700) and courses on Introductory Psychology. In her research, she directs the Psychophysiology Lab. The primary aims of the lab are to investigate various conditions through the lens of stress physiology. Dr. Vickers became Undergraduate Program Director in 2022 and has greatly enjoyed interacting with the talented students in the Psychology BA (Honours) program. She was awarded the Dean's Service Award in 2024, which recognizes exceptional or distinguished service to a Department, School, Faculty and/or the University. She is the Chair of the Liberal Studies Curriculum Committee for 2026-2028.
