Canadian Campus Wellbeing Survey (CCWS)

Every year, Community Wellbeing leads the administration of a campus-wide wellbeing survey for students. Your responses to these surveys helps us understand where we need to develop more support for students, as well as which approaches are working well. It also helps staff across ¹û½´ÊÓƵ to understand wellbeing-related priorities for students, and monitor those changes each year. Wellbeing survey data plays a significant role in the development of services and approaches that directly benefit students.

¹û½´ÊÓƵ

The Canadian Campus Wellbeing Survey (CCWS) is a national assessment tool that helps post-secondary institutions understand the health and wellbeing of their students. ¹û½´ÊÓƵ is proud to participate again in January 2026.

How it works:

  • In January 2026, a randomly selected group of ¹û½´ÊÓƵ students will receive an email invitation to complete the CCWS. Invites will go out to 25,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional program students
  • Participation is voluntary and anonymous. You can skip any questions you’re not comfortable answering
  • The survey takes about 15–20 minutes and covers nine core sections, including: mental health, physical health & behaviours, academic experience, food security, sexual health behaviour, and more
  • Once complete, participants will be automatically entered in the prize draw to win 1 of 28 amazing prizes including a $100 Eatons Centre Gift Card, ¹û½´ÊÓƵ merch and more
  • The survey is open from January 12, 2026 - January 30, 2026
  • The Canadian Campus Wellbeing Survey receives approval from ¹û½´ÊÓƵ’s Research Ethics Board

Why it matters:

  • The data helps ¹û½´ÊÓƵ identify priority areas for programming, supports, and change
  • It ensures diverse student experiences are represented in decision-making
  • Your responses directly influence how wellbeing initiatives evolve on campus
