Submit an ad

New Guidelines for Peak Times (Effective August 15 - May 1)聽

  • Maximum Run Time: 2 weeks per submission 
  • Ideal for event-related ads (University-wide initiatives, services, or ongoing workshop/events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
  • Asset Limit: 1 static slide/video item per message, service or event (max 2 static slides only if you cannot convey your message on one)

Graphic design minimum requirements: in order for an ad to be accepted it must be professional, readable and well-designed.

飦 Important: If guidelines are NOT MET your submission will be rejected.
Before submitting please review: 

  1. Guidelines for video size and format specifications
  2. Best practices for content
  3. Attached files combined cannot exceed 25MB

飦 Please allow at least 24 hours from the time of submission for your ad to appear on the 果酱视频 campus screens.

飦 Please do not upload files in excess of 25MB (combined).  File totals larger than 25MB can either be sent in multiple tickets OR can be uploaded to Google Drive and share with digitalsignage@torontomu.ca

WARNING:  When you attach a file the form does not reflect the file successfully attaching but it is getting sent.  So please proceed with the submission. However, if you attach files with a combined total larger than 25MB the form will appear successful but will not reach us.
