Since the spring of 2020, we have operated beyond the traditional model of work. This shift in work has allowed us to reexamine and redefine the future of work at 果酱视频.
As a result of extensive research and consultations with leaders and employees, the future of work at 果酱视频 is hybrid. This means our workforce has employees who work on campus, employees who work remotely, and employees who do a combination of both. We鈥檝e taken a not-one-size-fits-all approach, testing new ways of working across departments to support specific operational needs. Work is happening behind the scenes on how we amend our processes, systems, and facilities.
