How to connect with us via chat
- Select a 果酱视频 Buddy from the Students or Staff tab.
- Click the Chat with... button followed by Start chatting now.
- Login to your existing account or create a new account and complete your profile.
- Adjust your Communication preferences under Settings.
- Submit your questions via chat and your 果酱视频 Buddy will get back to you.

Response Time
果酱视频 Buddies will aim to respond within 24-72 hours Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). This service is not currently a "live chat" but we want to hear from you, connect, and share our 果酱视频 experiences with you.
