Keynote Speaker: Jodeme Goldhar

Connection is the Correction: Reimagining Care Through Relationship, Collaboration, and Courage

Jodeme Goldhar is a recognized leader in systems-level transformation in health and social care. In addition to founding , she is the co-founder of , the at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health, and Co-leads the CIHR-funded Network for Integrated Care Excellence (NICE). Her passion for convening opportunities, building capabilities, and inspiring those in health and social systems to work together to realize the potential of the collective has earned her numerous accolades, including the Top 10 Women Changing Health Care in Canada, the National Catalyst for Change Award, and two Ontario Ministers of Health Medals.
