Mindful 果酱视频 (formerly RU Mindful) is a group of professionals at 果酱视频 whose vision is to build a community that cultivates connection, resilience, and wellness. Housed within a leading centre for scholarly and applied research and experiential education, the mission of this grassroots collective is to explore and foster mindful practices within the campus community and beyond.
